Our Project Management Program
Viatech Security uses a very structured project management program to track all of our projects and their progress. At the centre of our program lies our Project Managers, who take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the job. You will work with a dedicated Project Manager throughout every step of the process, so you never need to worry about who to call or contact with additional questions or concerns. They will use state of the art project management software to track your project, how long they take, and how far from completion the project is.
Throughout the duration of your project, your Project Manager will conduct a weekly progress meeting to keep you up to speed on your integrated security system installation They will also regularly communicate milestone progress reports to your team so that you know we are on track.
